Man's Detailed Answer To Hypothetical Question Causes Uncomfortable Vibe Shift

LOCAL - Conversation participants were stunned today when a local man's inappropriately detailed answer to a lighthearted hypothetical question caused an uncomfortable vibe shift among the group.

"What? I'm just saying, if my girlfriend said her ex's name during sex I would go to the bathroom, open the cabinet, swallow all the pills I can find, and kill myself", said Eric, 32, while chatting with coworkers in the lunchroom.

"The tone of the conversation really changed after that", reports Chelsea, a 28 year old woman who works alongside Eric. "The question was supposed to be just a joke but Eric made it weird."

"I wouldn't have asked that if I had known what he was going to say", admits Alan, the coworker who initially brought up the hypothetical question of what he would do if his girlfriend accidentally said her ex's name during sex. "I was just trying to make a joke. So awkward."

At press time, Eric was overheard debating with the receptionist as to whether childbirth hurt more than getting kicked in the balls.
